On 1 January 2020, the International Order of Freemasonry for Men and Women LE DROIT HUMAIN has about 32,000 members in more than 60 countries around the world and on all 5 continents.
Freemasons meet in lodges. One lodge (or workshop) is a group of Freemasons under the leadership of a Master which can be a man or a woman, surrounded by “his” or “her” officers “where everyone has a place in the ritual and in the lodge work organization. This Master whether male or female, is elected annually by members of the lodge as well as all officers.
Meetings of the lodge take place in a temple once or twice a month.
The lodges have their own rules and work in their own language.
The Lodges are grouped on a geographical basis; Depending on the number of lodges and the number of their members, they will be Federations, Pioneer Federations or Pioneer Lodges. You can view these locations here.
Each National Federation retains its autonomy while respecting the provisions of the fundamental text governing the Order the International Constitution reviewed every five years.
The headquarters of the Order is in Paris, where the Order was founded.
The administrative bodies of the Order use three languages: French, English and Spanish.
